I'm NEVER Working a Motel Job AGAIN! [The Motel] Endings 1 & 4
The soundtrack was absolutely incredible! It [The Game] had the perfect atmosphere, especially with the rain adding to the mood. I loved how the game kept you guessing whether one of the three characters was the killer. Overall, it was a good game
“Trust Your Guts” Good advice there. Great game, perfect for streaming.
Short, to the point and it manages to captivate the players attention really well. Only annoying thing is that you need to replay the entire game in order to get different endings. Would be helpful to have a check point somewhere, besides that I really enjoyed this game. Check out the full gameplay on my YouTube video.

I would have loved a checkpoint system but good game overall :). I wasn't able to get the other endings because when I tried the game had crashed on me after few times after 1st playthrough
We made a video covering The Motel after Merulino Music suggested this to us and wow! There was a lot to appreciate about this game!
When I opened the game, I was immediately surprised by just how many options I could change! It's always great to see when a developer puts in the time to help the player experience their game the best way they can! I also really enjoyed the small details like the sound of the rain on Sami's umbrella! Who would have accounted for players thinking to run out and greet her? That's so awesome!
The atmosphere was incredibly well set. The moment I opened this game, I was fully immersed. As one who doesn't handle horror well, I had to really convince myself to be as jovial as possible just to keep moving forward! Hahaha
I thought it was really neat having multiple endings! If you have any plans to improve the player's experience, I might recommend the ability to save maybe at the front desk? Sir Icarus (the super adorable cat) might make for a great save point! Petting that cat really helped to get rid of some of the tension sort of like saving a video game might make the player feel the consequences of losing less severe!
I enjoyed the ability to skip the beginning cutscenes, but it still felt like a bit of a slog to get back to any points where I felt I might be able to discover a new ending. I feel a save point in the game might help with that or even just the ability to skip some mid game cutscenes.
Overall, I had a really great time with your game and greatly enjoyed the nice png in the zip file! It made this horror game just the slightest bit more welcoming to dive into! Congratulations on making your first big project! I'll be eagerly looking forward to more games from Aura Studios!

Amazing game, every atmospheric and beautiful soundtrack throughout! Would love to be able to listen to the lobby music on youtube or elsewhere if you have a link! :)
many good little details in this game, detail sound of rain when hits NPC's umbrella, when its rain, go under the building, the rain wont splash you, nice shadow object while using flashlight. no cheap jumpscares, nice character movements animation while walking or crouching.
I'm glad that I am following you, thus was able to find this gem of a horror game fast, I was actually looking for a game to record, so I did my take on this, wich I really enjoyed! Well done, keep on this road and you will go far!
I love how This turned out! The Build-up is really intense. You habe a feeling as if something will Happen. And when you finally start to feel Safe - Bam! I love the ambience and I really enjoy love poly Horror Games (and analogue ones), so This is Right up my alley! :D
